 Infill Solutions is committed to the highest quality residential and mixed-use infill development projects that employ creative architectural and urban design solutions for urban lands throughout the Southwest. Based in Albuquerque, New Mexico, we are a multi-disciplinary development practice offering architecture, land planning, urban design, entitlement, acquisition, financing, feasibility analysis, sales and, complete project implementation capabilities. Since our inception in 2001, Infill Solutions has been recognized with over 20 Awards of Excellence for our completed architecture, urban design and development projects from the American Institute of Architects, American Planning Association and the City of Albuquerque. In Albuquerque, we are presently building the first phase of the three-block West End neighborhood revitalization project which comprises the eighteen-unit live/work Silver Lofts and the Flying Star Café at 8th and Silver in Downtown. Phases two and three of this project will include over 80 residential units with mixed-use retail and office spaces.
