Jay Rembe, Partner, is a native of Albuquerque with over 16 years of commercial real estate and development experience in New Mexico. He remains a partner in several successful Albuquerque investment real estate ventures and now focuses on mixed-use and residential opportunities throughout New Mexico, Arizona and Colorado.

Christopher Calott, AIA, Partner, is an architect with over 17 years of architecture, housing and urban design experience practicing in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Minneapolis, Miami and Albuquerque. He is the Professor-in-Practice in the School of Architecture at the University of New Mexico and lectures nationally on the topics of urbanism and community design.

Thomas Gifford, AIA, Associate, is an architect with over 12 years of housing and urban design experience practicing in Chicago, Santa Fe and Albuquerque. Albuquerque´s infill housing pioneer, Tom is recognized regionally for his award-winning designs and construction expertise.
